Info on The MP3 ID3v2 Life Membership Licence

We're not going to bullshit you with the typical advertising lead-in and spiel, comprising never-ending bollocks that makes US feel great about our ability to write an utterly worthless piece of text, just in order to say "we're selling this!" This is it in a nutshell;
  1. A Life Member Licence to access and download Pleasure Addicts MP3 id3V2 material from this site
  2. Up to 2 downloads per year of every Pleasure Addicts MP3 id3V2 released track,
  3. Licence quota renewed on 4th July every year.
  4. Transferable Licence - the Licence is not tied to you - you may trade it or give it away.
  5. Minimum Track Contents:1 audio track. Embedded coverartworks: 1 front coverart; 1 disc coverart; 1 back coverart and 1 complete set of lyrics (where applicable).
All MP3 Id3v2 recordings are bit rated at 192 Kb/s

We'll be releasing new tracks and re-releasing older tracks with world wide contributor band member mixes. You will see the music, the band and the artwork develop AND we will be taking time out to produce unplugged styles of tracks too. Your £10 will get the production moving much quicker than it has been.
This is a non-restrictive Licence. So you may purchase as many as you like and sell, trade or transfer them anytime you wish.

The Not So Small Print

Use of the MP3-Id3v2 Life Member site area means you as a "Pleasure Addicts - MP3-Id3v2 Life Member" Licence holder will be agreeing to the following;
  1. Membership is a transferable Licence for the holder to download MP3-Id3v2 content from Autonomous Resistor ( you may sell/transfer/give each Licence held to any suitable body or person you choose, or you can keep it ).
  2. Any activity under any "Pleasure Addicts - MP3-Id3v2 Life Member Licence" considered by Autonomous Resistor to be abnormal or illegal Autonomous Resistor can (at its discretion) suspend or revoke the Licence with immediate effect.( if you try and hack the site we will remove offending Licences).
  3. A "Pleasure Addicts - MP3-Id3v2 Life Member Licence" is non-refundable from Autonomous Resistor Ltd, so stick with us as there's more to come.(We operate a no-refund policy but you can sell your Licence on).
  4. That you won't copy or replicate any MP3-Id3v2 content for the purpose of redistribution to others by you or any other agent(comercial or free).( You won't copy in order to distribute our stuff ).
  5. That you acknowledge & respect all copyrights, trademarks & any associated rights of Autonomous Resistor and Pleasure Addicts.( you REALLY do understand item 4).
  6. That should formal legal proceedings become neccessary, only Scottish Law will be applicable.( you REALLY do understand item 4 & 5 and we will get serious if we need to).
Acceptance Mark The Payment system

Currently we are using PayPal to allow you to buy our Licence, this means that, in line with our site policy, we do not collect ANY personal information of yours. All transaction details are handled by the masters of security at PayPal. Remember to confirm their site security certificate in your browser before you buy.
